Fine Arts
I created limited edition sculptures using 3D printing technology to reproduce the clay figure I made. These sculptures are meticulously hand-painted and laminated, with some of them being designed to nest in their wooden homes while others are comfortably sinking in real wool carpets that I personally tufted.

Made for my solo exhibition, FOG.

2022
The eyelashes on them are hand glued one by one.
The plywood homes that they are attached to are also hand-cut.
The bigger piece is called Comfortably Numb, and the clay sculpture in the middle is hand made and hand painted, with the carpet that it's sitting in the middle of is also hand-painted. The size is 83cm x 83cm.

I designed these pieces as a part of this installation at my exhibition, FOG.

Fog is about the stages we go through while we want something, without realising. It is about daydreaming. It is about getting lost in possibilities. It is about desiring the next thing. It is about feeling excited, but always about “something else”. It is about comparing the current with what could be. It is about not being in the moment. It is about addiction of stimulation. It is about walking among clouds.
